Christmas porrage

Even if it actually has been a joy creating seasonal pics this will probably be the last Christmas related picture this year. So to round it all up I wish another and last Merry Christmas!
The story behind this one:
The teenage girl has agreed upon luring Santa to their house by offering a big bowl of porrage. While she is definite Santa isn't coming the little boy is all energetic about it. He knows you shouldn't trick Santa but man, he will actually see Santa this year!

I seldom if ever paint something season related but that doesn't mean I haven't wanted to do a cool seasonal picture. Well...I want to wish you all a Ho Hoo Ho and a very Merry Christmas!

Raggah muffin' - The afro man

I know, I know the stereotype is an insult even if it is a small one. But hear me out. Painting, especially character design is a lot about overdoing the characteristics. It has to be clear to the reader what it is you have portrait. It started out as a santa picture and well it is no santa is it.
<Edit>: I noticed now I haven't finished the eyebrows but I promise they will be done and silky smooth any time soon

League of legends Yorick meets Bioshock Big Daddy

Of course I've been drawing on my own as well. Some are too early to even show the progress and some I want to come just a little bit further before I show.

This one however are getting close to being finished in values and I thought it would be cool to post it here. When I take a break I usually find myself playing League of Legends. It is a PVP emphasis game in the MOBA genre. One champion you can select there came out and I always was like....man...he would look awesome in a big daddy costume. Now..I have never played Bioshock and most probably some fans will rant on the Yorick aspect as well but heck...you know what - artistic freedom! (ps. in your face)

The secret project on the side

Ok so these items are just some of the images I've been creating to that "secret project" I've been on about. Some are still wondering why I never have time to do anything since I am not directly working and looking for work. Well I've had that side project that is in an almost alpha state at the moment. Since no logo's or name tags are depicted I can share some of the art concerning this project.
*I work as the solo graphical artist since start of this and still am. That means I've had some tough deadlines but also a lot of fun. It also means I've come closer of being a technical 2D artist which is very fun for me. Lot's to learn but I hope some of those question marks are now answered and that some dig that I work hard and here's some of the proof.
